FOSSers Puzzle Over Significance of Open Source .Net Core

At its Build dev gathering a week ago, Microsoft discharged a review of the following rendition of its .Net Core runtime dispersion, satisfying the previous fall's vow to open source .Net and take it cross-stage for Mac and Linux.

The move is in accordance with Microsoft's aspiring arrangements to have Windows run over all stages and gadgets, and have a billion dynamic Windows 10 clients by FY 2018.
